How do I Purchase Gift Vouchers?

Gift Vouchers can be purchased from the site and can be used to purchase any items on scubaoutlets.com.

How long do I need to wait for a refund?

Refunds should be made within 2 – 3 days upon confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for any reason before it’s packed, and you will not be charged. Please email us at sales@scubaoutlets.com to make sure that you order has not yet been packed.
If the merchandise has already been shipped you’ll have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges.
Specially ordered merchandise is non-cancelable.

How can I return an order?

For defective or incorrect items, we have a 10-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  3. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product.
  4. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable or for special order items.
  5. In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only Singapore). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.

Returned items must meet the requirements above.
Full refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis.
Items that are Out of Stock will be refunded.
To return an order, email us at sales@scubaoutlets.com and provide your invoice number and reason for return.

Can I track my order?

You can track your orders through your account or opt for key updates via email.
Make sure you’re logged in, go to the my account pages and click to view your orders.
You may e-mail us at sales@scubaoutlets.com for an update, and including in your message: the order number, the name and address we shipped your order to, and the date your order was placed.

How can I make my payment?

We accept major credit/debit cards* or by PayPal. Credit card payment is received via our PayPal corporate account and you do not need a PayPal account to use the credit card payment.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders exceeding US$200 for delivery address in Singapore. For orders outside Singapore, there is a minimum charge of US$30 per order and this may vary according to size and weight of the overall orders.

International orders

  • Shipping Charges will be calculated at Cart/Checkout. Once you have completed adding the items you wish to purchase into the cart, select the Country you wish to ship to, and click Update Cart. Your shipping options will be calculated and shown.
